Become a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®)
MHFAiders® gain the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of a person experiencing poor mental health, the confidence to start a conversation and the tools to signpost to appropriate support.
You will gain:

What is mental health, understanding of the issues, overcoming stigma and discrimination

MHFA action plan

Symptoms, risk factors and treatment of common mental health issues

Signposting to treatment and resources, crisis first aid

Group Courses
Our price is from only £155 +vat per person (based on a course for 16 people).
We can deliver the course to a large group at your organisation. The group size is limited to 16 people to ensure the safest possible learning environment.
Open Courses
We also organise open courses at our training centre at Blakemere Village, near Northwich.

Delivery can be online & face-to-face
We limit numbers to 16 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn
Course Duration is two full days, perfect timings are 9am to 5pm both days

Becoming a qualified MHFAider®
Once you complete the Mental Health First Aid course, you can test your knowledge and build your confidence in your role as an MHFAider® with the internationally recognised MHFAider® qualification, RSPH Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid.
