Join us on a three-day First Aid at Work course

 

Learn CPR, applying a defib, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and so much more.

Qualification achieved:

​Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF)

​

Certificate is quality assured by Qualsafe Awards and is valid for 3 years

​

Everyone who attends will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of first aid situations.

Who is this course for:

​

We would recommend this First Aid at Work course in a work environment that is considered to be higher risk.

 

A building site or a warehouse, for example, is considered a high-risk work environment because of the higher chance of First Aid emergency scenarios and accidents.

  • staying safe

  • DR ABC

  • how to give CPR

  • using a defibrillator (AED)

  • dealing with fainting & shock

  • heart attacks

  • treating choking

  • head and spinal injuries, fractures

  • recognising anaphylaxis

  • asthma and what to do

  • helping with diabetes

  • support during seizures

  • first aid for burns

 

Exceeds HSE Requirements

 

Our course is accredited by Qualsafe Awards and more than complies with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations of 1981. Our course will qualify you as a First Aider in a higher risk workplace.

 

Anyone who is working in a lower risk work environment, maybe an office or hairdressers, we recommend attending the one-day Emergency First Aid at Work. 

​

Delivery is to a maximum 12 people and the minimum age is 14 years old.

​

Increased confidence is guaranteed. Practice CPR with the latest Resus Anne's, have a go at applying a defib with our training units and utilise our choking vests so you know how to deal with choking. We have all the latest equipment to practice with so that you can be there when it matters and be confident.
